A little about me | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
Hi, my name is Ben, and I am 11 years old. I am making this website because I was bored one day and saw a thing about 20mb of free webspace and I clicked on it. It's really easy if you want some webspace you can go to www.fortune city.com Fill in a little form and there you have it. just start building your web site.
A lot about the bridge | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
Now more a bout the bridge. The Mackinac Bridge is the longest suspension bridge in the world, don't believ that stuff you hear about the suspension bridge in Japan, it's only two miles long and the Mighty Mac is five miles long. The Mighty Mac is longer than the Golden Gate, or the Brooklyn Bridges. The bridge is owned by the taxpayers of Michigan, so if you are a taxpayer that lives in Michigan you own part of the bridge. If you see the bridge at night it is really cool, not as cool as seeing fireworks over the bridge or anything but it still is really cool.
A little about a hotel in Mackinac City
My family and I go to Mackinac every year in August and We stay in the Chippewa-Cheroke Inn. If you go to Mackinac you might want to stay at the Chippewa-Cheroke Inn. The people there are really nice, and Bill the guy who owns the hotel with his dad is really nice too. The hotel also has a bridge view and an island view. |
